With that being said, you can still make $25-55 an hour regularly serving at a low ticket place if the business is there and you can turn your tables quickly. Repeat orders back to the people. This will mitigate mistakes and it increases tips. 3 top or less - take all orders then repeat back to them. Any more than 3, repeat back after each order.
